SHIPPING
We’re thrilled to offer FREE SHIPPING on everything available on our site! Handling typically takes 1 to 3 days, unless indicated otherwise on the product page. Shipping times range from 1 to 4 days, depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided for your convenience.
RETURNS
We strive for complete customer satisfaction, and nothing makes us happier than satisfied customers!
However, some factors are beyond our control. As an authorized distributor, AllThingsBath does not manufacture the products we sell, but we do carefully curate our inventory to include only those items that meet our quality standards. Despite our best efforts, issues such as shipping damage or minor defects can occur. If you encounter any problems, we're here to help.

If your shipment does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of the merchandise. Please follow the return policy outlined below:
1. Order Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund. An order is considered "shipped" when the Bill of Lading and tracking number have been created. After that point, cancellations will be processed as returns according to the guidelines below.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns must include an RMA from our Customer Service Department. Please reach out to us at sales@AllThingsBath.net to request an RMA. Please note that we need the opportunity to receive and inspect your return before issuing a credit.
You can return the following items for a refund:
- Merchandise that remains in its original packaging, has not been installed, and is in "new" condition
- Defective merchandise or items damaged during shipping
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the wrong item was shipped, the product is defective, or it was damaged during shipping.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise, except in cases of defective or mis-shipped items. AllThingsBath is not responsible for any labor costs incurred as a result of installing incorrect or defective parts.
If you refuse delivery of an item from a commercial shipping company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error on our part, the item will be treated as a return, incurring a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
All product damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a no-cost replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
You will receive an email notification regarding your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We will work diligently to process your return promptly, so please allow 7 to 14 days for processing. Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card used for purchase.
